Dear Client,

ProMission is actively monitoring the developments related to the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and we would like to reassure our Clients on the actions we are taking to provide continuity of our services at this time:

  1. All staff members are working from home whenever possible. ProMission’s Client services have been fully paperless for several years and all professional staff were already able to work from home seamlessly. We have similarly equipped our support staff.
  2. We will avoid meetings in favour of conference calls or online meetings whenever possible.
  3. Site Visits will go ahead provided it is feasible to do so whilst complying with the UK Government advice.
  4. ProMission will not be issuing hard copies of reports or other documents during this time, except for those essential to complete a transaction.

You should not see any impact on the service we provide but there may be a delay in processing hard copies of any documents.
