Simon specialises in landlord and tenant negotiations and valuations.
He is a Fellow of the RICS and a RICS Registered Valuer. He is regularly asked to act as an expert witness and has given expert evidence on valuation to the High Court.

Ian joined ProMission in 2013 and is enjoying a career in building surveying spanning over 30 years. He started in the West End with GVA (then Grimley JR Eve) before moving on to Lambert Smith Hampton in the mid-1990s. In 2001 he relocated to Guildford and set up the LSH Thames Valley Building Consultancy team.
Ian is experienced in all building surveying matters, particularly in the supervision of both traditional and Design and Build contracts, dilapidations and building surveys.

Martyn joined ProMission in 2015 from Lambert Smith Hampton. His 20 year career in the industry has covered both residential and commercial sectors. This has included assessing and organising remedial works under insurance claims for flood, fire, and subsidence.
Martyn specialises in pre-acquisition surveys, project work and project monitoring, as well as undertaking the broader building surveying disciplines.

James joined ProMission in 2020 after running his own practice for several years. He has 16 years experience as a chartered building surveyor in the commercial, residential and education sectors. With a detailed understanding of all aspects of construction, from inception to completion, he is able to help clients through every stage, whatever the sector.
James has extensive building surveying experience, including dilapidations, party wall matters, new build and refurbishment projects, defect diagnosis and due diligence surveys.

Sarah joined Promission in January 2021 from Lambert Smith Hampton. She spent 14 years at LSH, relocating from their Guildford office to London in 2013.
Sarah is an experienced landlord and tenant surveyor, having specialised for over 10 years in rent review, lease renewal and lease regear negotiations and is regularly asked to act as Expert Witness. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Sarah also enjoys volunteering as an APC Assessor and is a mentor for APC candidates.

Matthew joined ProMission in 2022, bringing his specialization in tenant representation to combine with ProMission’s established occupier services platform. Matthew’s focus on exclusively advising tenants began during an 8 year term for LSH in Greece, working with Multi-national corporations including Microsoft, Vodafone and Unilever.
On his return to the UK in 2002, Matthew launched the London office for Studley, the pioneer of tenant representation in North America, advising occupiers on the acquisition, disposal and landlord relationship management. Following the acquisition of Studley by Savills in 2015, he took a leading role in the unification of Studley’s North American platforms into the Savills network.
Matthew is a Fellow of the RICS and founder of the London based Tenant Rep Advisors Society.

Kate has joined ProMission in 2019 as an Executive Assistant and is working closely with the Directors as well as all the technical members of the company.
Kate has 14 years of experience of working and providing every day administrative support to Building, Quantity Surveyors and Architects in the construction and consultancy sectors.
Her duties at ProMission include dealing with administrative elements of the case work from the directors and surveyors and assisting in the organisation of their work flow, as well as providing clients with an additional point of contact.
