Brief: ProMission was instructed by Unifabs Limited (steel and metal fabricators based in Warwickshire), the Tenant, to provide an initial response to the Landlord’s dilapidations schedule which was issued post-lease expiry. ProMission was then further instructed to negotiate the dilapidations settlement on their behalf and a substantial saving of over 80% was achieved on dilapidations liability through negotiations.
