DILAPIDATIONS ASSESSMENT AND MAINTENANCE PLAN 55,000 sqft (5,110 sqm)
To assist Air France in their future occupation strategy, we prepared a dilapidations assessment to quantify the possible dilapidations liability at lease expiry. We also considered what works of refurbishment and improvement would be required to enable continued occupation in the premises beyond lease expiry.
