Reinstatement Cost Assessments for a managed portfolio of 37 properties (Total £87m Re-Build value)

We acted for this to reassess the building costs to ensure the portfolio is correctly insured.  The portfolio was split between units that were reinspected and those verified by a desktop audit. The reassessment exercise was completed in five weeks.

Units were located all over the UK, from Worthing to the Scottish Highlands.  Properties included offices, single occupier retail units, major department stores, retail warehouses and a car park
