Brief: ProMission was instructed to undertake a Pre Acquisition Building Survey of a commercial office building for a Financial Services Sector Client, who intended on taking a new lease for the entire building. The ProMission survey highlighted a number of potential issues with the external facades.  Agreement was reached with the Landlord for the complete renewal of the original cladding material for a modern clad finish.
