Brief: ProMission was instructed to act on behalf of Formula One Auto Centres, Lessee of the premises, in relation to a rent review. The premises are located in a retail and trade park just to the east of Crawley town centre and comprise a detached unit of steel portal construction, with a total floor area of 7,377Ft².

The case was referred to arbitration and ProMission secured a rent 7% below Landlord’s lowest offer.
