Brief: ProMission was instructed to act for the Tenant of a late 1990s office building that had been  extensively fitted out. We successfully negotiated the Landlord’s claim down by 59%, resulting in a saving to the Tenant of £428,000. The negotiations were promptly concluded after the lease had expired and a settlement agreement drawn up to confirm the agreement between the parties.
