Brief: ProMission was instructed to undertake a Pre-Acquisition Survey and subsequent refurbishment works of a prominent office block on London’s Fleet Street, following expiry of lease.

Works included strip out of tenant fit-out, services validation, installation of recessed LED strip lighting in a new plasterboard ceiling, the installation of new shower facilities within existing toilet space on both floors as well as redecoration works.
