Brief: ProMission was instructed by a logistical / distribution client to undertake a Pre-Acquisition Building Survey of a 56,000sq ft warehouse facility incorporating ancillary office accommodation. ProMission assisted the Client with negotiations with the Landlord to ensure all recorded snagging / defects were addressed prior to occupancy.
