Brief: ProMission was instructed by the Landlord’s Asset Managers, Aberdeen Standard Investments, to negotiate the rent reviews and lease renewals on this estate situated just to the south of Iver and close to M25. Unit 1 was a modern, high specification warehouse of circa 40,000 Ft² let to Ceva Logistics.
The 2019 rent review was agreed at a rent of £455,000 p.a.; a 30% increase on the previous rent.
