Brief: ProMission was instructed to act on behalf of the Tenant, Toolstation, on a rent review of a modern 5,000 Ft²  warehouse, situated in an established warehouse and trade location, about 1 mile to the south of King’s Lynn.

ProMission was able to negotiate the equivalent of a 6 months’ rent free period for agreeing to the removal of the Tenant break option from the lease, whilst also restricting the rent to only a nominal increase on the review.
