Brief: ProMission was appointed to compile Employer’s Requirements and obtain competitive tenders for the fitting out of a new city office for this confidential Client. Although the building had just been completed, there were base-building defects that needed extensive coordination and monitoring, as they could otherwise have caused significant impact on completion. This would present a challenge as the Client was in the process of relocating from two other premises, where leases were expiring, and another with break clause present. The project was, however, successfully completed and the relocation took place a month before the first lease ended.
