Building Survey of Retail Warehouse 10,000 sqft (929 sqm)

We were instructed by Hobbycraft to undertake a pre-acquisition building survey of this new-build retail warehouse in Peterborough.

As part of the survey, a ‘cherry picker’ inspection of the roof was undertaken. This flagged some poor detailing that would have almost certainly led to water ingress.  As a result of the survey, Hobbycraft was able to require the Landlord to undertake remedial works to this – and other items noted – prior to taking occupation.
