Valuation & Project Monitoring – 3,200 sqft (300 sqm)

The Developer of this exclusive high-end value residential property was significantly behind with its construction programme and required additional funding from Santander in order to complete the scheme.

ProMission was initially instructed to provide valuations of the property on two bases – firstly in its current incomplete condition, and secondly, a valuation of the property assuming practical completion of the development.

The ProMission Project Services team was then appointed as project monitor through to successful completion. Our brief was to provide an independent assessment of the developer at monthly intervals and to report on the quality of work being undertaken, to approve the Developer’s requests for monthly drawdowns from the loan account and to report on progress against the programme.
