Brief: ProMission was instructed to undertake the role of Project Monitoring Surveyors on behalf of United St Saviour’s Charity who would be the end occupier of the Almshouse facility.

The Almshouse comprises a five storey building surrounding a central courtyard landscaped garden and providing 57 one and two bedroom apartments. ProMission carried out regular site visits on behalf of The Charity providing updates on programme, quality and ensuring the Developer remained accountable for delivery of the project in accordance with the Development Agreement.

ProMission remained engaged by the Charity following the project achieving Practical Completion to ensure that all snagging and incomplete works were reported to the Developer with monitoring remaining ongoing.
