Brief: ProMission was instructed by the Client to act on their behalf in respect of dilapidations claim against the outgoing tenant. The tenant decided to undertake works prior to lease expiry, however, ProMission were still able to negotiate a six figure settlement sum for the Client.
ProMission continued with a Contract Administration role preparing a schedule of works, obtaining competitive estimates, and subsequently overseeing a series of external and internal building fabric repairs as well as repairs to the external environs.
The building has subsequently been re-let to a new operator.
