Brief: ProMission as instructed to act on behalf of the Landlord, Eskens, to acquire a vacant unit adjoining its existing premises of 4,000 Ft² on the Winick Quay Estate situated 3 miles north of Warrington.

ProMission undertook a Pre-Acquisition Building Survey of the vacant unit; successfully acquired the vacant unit and negotiated revised lease terms on Esken’s existing unit to run co-terminus with the lease on the new unit.
