Brief: ProMission was instructed to undertake a Building Survey by an existing private investor Client, the purchaser of this impressive 78-bedroom country house, located in substantial grounds.

The hotel comprised a mixture of old and newer buildings with Stone ”slate” roof coverings and Cotswold Stone elevations. A number of concerns were flagged, particularly to flat and pitched roof areas, which enabled the Client’s representatives to negotiate a substantial reduction from the Vendors original asking price for the property. ProMission appointed mechanical and electrical advisers on behalf of the Client and coordinated their inspection and report into ours.
